Organic bean to bar chocolate maker.

In 2018, after roasting coffee for over 8 years, we started roasting cacao and started Nabla Chocolate Company. Intentionally starting small, to learn the entire bean to bar process, we’ve worked to source the highest quality, organic ingredients to pair with our incredibly, ethically sourced cacao.

Our bars are simple and organic, with no additives, but full of flavor, where each individual bean can always be distinguished from one another.
